How can we help?
NewsFlash is a one-person project. The fastest way to reach a human is email. Whatever you're running into — a card that won't load, a sign-in problem, a subscription question, or just a suggestion — send a note to support@jwsun.org and we'll get back to you.
To help us resolve issues quickly, please include:
- The version of iOS you're on (Settings → General → About → Software Version).
- Your device model (e.g. iPhone 15 Pro).
- A short description of what you expected to happen and what actually happened.
- A screenshot, if the problem is visual.
Common questions
How do I delete my account and data?
Email support@jwsun.org with the subject line "Delete Account." We'll remove your account record and all associated swipe history. If you use NewsFlash without signing in, your data never leaves your device — deleting the app removes it.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
NewsFlash Premium is billed through Apple. Manage or cancel it any time in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription — you must cancel it through Apple.
I'm not getting notifications.
Check that notifications are enabled in iOS Settings → Notifications → NewsFlash. If they're on and you still aren't receiving alerts, email us and we'll investigate.
How do I report incorrect or harmful content?
You can report a card directly from the app, or email support@jwsun.org with the card and a description of the issue. We review every report.
I'm a publisher and want my content excluded.
Email support@jwsun.org with the subject line "Publisher Opt-Out" and we'll remove your RSS feed from our ingestion pipeline promptly.
